Carson City and Reno Housing to Rise from the Dead?

That's the guess from Fiserv Case Shiller, with Eeno sporting a 9.3% annual growth and Carson a robust 11.9%. Of course that doesn't seem to gibe with the report that Reno will be the last metro center to recover (in 2021!).
